So we watched Avengers last night and NO SPOILERS here. I think I can say (and I think most people are already expecting this or at least hoping for) it is EMOTIONAL as hell.
Pacing begins at a slow burn and then goes medium speed and then goes bananas. That's all I'm going to say.

What I liked: Culmination and clean up of a LOT of threads and pretty clean resolution to things established from various Marvel movies
Visually, stunning. AMAZING to behold. It really has come a long way in the effects department.
Emotionally, I was exhausted when we left.
What I didn't like: With soooooo many characters and things going on, I almost wish this was pushed to something like Netflix with a SUPER budget and give us 12 hours instead of the three. The three didn't feel bad because we're seeing and processing so much shit. But at the end I think it really needed more time. But all-in-all it was satisfying. But screen time for your favorite characters might be very minimum.
SJW influences... I can't discuss it (yet) but there's some women empowerment sequences in here, thankfully VERY limited, but they're there.
Grade: B+
Worth seeing at theaters? FUCKING YES. Although I will get it when it comes out, you have to see it on the big screen. It really is something EPIC.
What's next? Who knows for sure... But I will say I'm very interested in what Marvel comes up with the next phase and PRAY TO FUCKING GOD it still pulls from older stuff since the new Marvel stuff is utter fucking garbage! I'll have a blog post on the sad state of comics VERY VERY SOON!
But at least for now, there is an amazing movie that if you've spent the years watching the Marvel stuff and the previous Avengers movie, is waiting for you!
